Jorge L. Olenewa has been an instructor at George Brown College for more than 15 years, where he continues to teach and assist in the creation and implementation of several programs of study related to networking and wireless technologies. This academic experience and more than four decades of working in the computer industry formed the foundation of his book, GUIDE TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS, now in its 4th Edition. A keynote speaker on wireless technologies and co-chair at WECON, a major international Wireless and Embedded Systems conference in India, Mr. Olenewa has completed applied researched in wireless applications for in-vehicle entertainment systems, Real-Time Location Systems, and two Mobile Learning research projects. He is a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor and Manages the Cisco Networking Academy at George Brown College. Mr. Olenewa holds a B.S. in Electronic Information Systems from B.L.A.I. in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

great information but kinda boring

This book has a vast wealth of information concerning wireless communications and I'm pretty sure I'd have learnt a lot more if I wasn't so bored half the time. It's just a collection of information jotted down on the pages with no way of immersing the student into the text. Plus, it's in black and white, and for the digital version which I bought, I thought they could at least spring for some colour. Maybe that would have kept me interested in the text.

There are no diagrams or pictures in this guide. You will need your camera manual in order to follow along. There are better resources available, both in print and DVD.

Donna Grant takes you places and times that seem so real as you read. I'm loving the Shields books. Can't wait for the next one.

Instant Attraction, Trust Gained, and Realizing Worthiness of Finding Love

This is one of Donna Grant's older series that she recently updated and re-released. I enjoyed the first book, but this one is my favorite so far. I love the characters in this one!

The Shield's are warriors brought together by the Fae from across time and the realms to protect Earth from an ever increasing evil that has destroyed other realms already. One destroyed realm sent forth a group of infants with knowledge to help other realms survive the evil and now the remaining five Shields are searching across time not only for the remaining five females, but they are also searching for the stones that are allowing the Evil to enter the Earth realm and fighting this increasing Evil that has become stronger as they have become fewer.

Roderick left his realm when a horrible event made him feel as if he needed to make amends. He chose to join the Shields hoping that if he could bring back the answer to save his realm from the Evil that he could be forgiven.

Elle is a lonely young women who never felt like she fit in, until she met Roderick.

Instant attraction, a building of trust, and a journey to determine that they are worthy of finding love.

This story includes a strong heroine, a confused and torn hero, and friends that will stand by their side through anything. Oh, and some sexy encounters as well.

If you like historical themed, time travel, paranormal romances definitely give this series a try. After two books, I am ready for the third and definitely recommend them.

this book and the whole sheild series has kept me enthralled. the ladies are bold, brave feminine. the men are strong, caring andf smart. the mystery that contiues through the series keeps me turning the page! Love it!
