It really helped me with my essay!

I had to write an essay on police brutality for my English 1020 class, and this book really helped me get one step closer to finishing it. It explains about the origins of the police system, and even the history and the evolution of it. I also found it really enjoyable and easy to read.

The book is 87 pages. Decently written. The book has a brief history of policing, followed by a series of Wikipedia-quality entries about historically significant riots.
